Movement has always been a crucial part to my life. As a dancer pushing my body to its limits was all I knew and it wasn’t until my introduction to yoga, that I have learnt to stop, look within, and listen to my body. By doing so, I grew stronger and calmer, and I am forever grateful for yoga showing how to be connected once again.
